Consultations with specialists cannot be booked via Blua. Members who are under 18 years old may need to attend the consultation with a parent or guardian. Service provided by third party partner. 3 For orders that qualify for same-day delivery, cut-off times vary by location. Your delivery window will be confirmed in the app or website before you place your order. Delivery estimates are based on the participating chemist’s opening hours. If an order is confirmed, Blua chemist delivery service will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order to the relevant address within the delivery timeframe stipulated in the app or website. Factors that may change the delivery time include when an order is confirmed and paid (eg. if it is paid outside of designated delivery or order hours), limited stock availability, or any adverse weather, traffic or other events. 4 Up to $80 per consultation for psychology; up to $40 per consultation for counselling, up to $40 per consultation for accredited mental health social worker, and access to the Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses (Digital Mental Health). Up to a maximum of $240 per person, per calendar year.
5 100% of the balance of outpatient pharmacy up to $60 per script is paid after you pay the PBS co-payment fee, up to $600 per person, $1,200 per policy, per calendar year. Covers PBS and non-PBS script items. For more information, please refer to the Bupa Success OSHC Important Information Guide.
6 Up to 100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) on most outpatient medical services.
