If you’re an international student in Australia, you’ll need a Bupa member card for your international student health insurance. Most universities organise your Bupa Overseas Health Cover and card for you. If not, you can order a Bupa member card using your myBupa account.

What happens if my name changes?
Can my provider use a digital card?
If you have a digital card*, providers with a HICAPS machine can process your claim. If your provider doesn’t have HICAPS, you can make your claim using myBupa, or visit us in-store.

How do I change my payment card?
To update your payment card details:
- Sign in to myBupa
- Select ‘Payment’ at the top of the home page
- Select ‘Change payment details’ and fill in the online form
If you can’t see the ‘Payment’ option, contact us and we’ll change it for you.
