Eligible Customers will receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd ABN 81 000 057 590 (Bupa) 8 weeks free health insurance, plus 2- and 6-month waiting periods waived on Extras, on the following terms and conditions. Eligibility:  An eligible customer must: (i) be a new Bupa health insurance customer and has not in the last 12 months prior to from join date held a health cover or been insured with Bupa; (ii) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy. An Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy is a single, single parent, single parent plus, couple, family or family plus combined Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa and includes such policies available on the customer's Corporate Health Plan (exclusions apply); (iii) pay for and maintain an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy for 30 consecutive days from the join date and be financial to be eligible to receive the initial 6 weeks free offer.  They must maintain cover for 13 consecutive months from the join date and be financial to be eligible to receive the subsequent 2 weeks free offer, with the discounted amount reflecting their current level of cover as of month 13; (iv) pay by direct debit or payroll deduction (if available); (v) purchase between 19/05/2022 and 30/06/2022 and policy commences by 31/7/2022; (vi) if joining online, used promo code 8WEEKSFREE.
