If you own an iPhone®, you can download the myBupa app for free from the App Store®.
If you own an Android™ device, you can download the myBupa app for free from the Google Play Store™.
You can add your Bupa digital card to your Apple® or Android™ device using the myBupa app. If you don’t have the myBupa app you’ll be directed to the App Store or Google Play Store to install it and register using your details.
You can find your membership number on your Bupa member card or your welcome email. We also include your membership number on most correspondence we send you.

You can view and download up to 7 years’ worth of your tax statements online via myBupa web or mobile app.
To access your statement in myBupa:
- Sign in to myBupa on an internet browser (desktop, mobile or tablet device).
Note: the inbox is not available in the myBupa app. - Click on the ‘Inbox’ icon on the top menu.
- Head to the right-hand side and click on the drop-down arrow next to the ‘Show me’ filter. Select ‘Tax Statement’ from the drop-down options.
- Click on your Tax Statement for the financial year and view or download the PDF. To save the PDF, right click on your desktop and click the save option. For other devices, follow the prompts on screen when viewing the file.
