Offer valid for existing patients of Bupa Medical Centres, Bupa Health Insurance members, Bupa Optical customers and Bupa Dental patients only. Bupa Health Insurance members must display their membership card and provide their membership number. Eligible patients may receive one (1) influenza vaccination per person during the offer period. Any GP consultation fees associated with 'Flu Clinics' will be bulk-billed. The offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, and is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount, except for applicable Bupa Health Insurance member benefits, which will be applied in accordance with the member’s level of cover.
