Accessibility To be a truly customer-centric global health care company, Bupa understands that it’s vital to ensure our information and services are available to everyone. That’s why we’re committed to providing equal digital access to all of our customers.
Our commitment to digital inclusion

To help make our digital experiences more accessible to people with disability we’re committed to working towards meeting the latest standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at an AA level.

Although we’re committed to AA level, this is our baseline only. And we’ll strive to go beyond it where we can.

How we’ll support digital accessibility
  • We’ve publicly committed to providing accessible digital experiences as outlined in our Access & Inclusion Plan 2024-2027 (PDF, 8MB).

  • We’re developing an enterprise-wide Digital Accessibility Policy that outlines our intention to achieve our WCAG conformance goal.
  • We’ve established a senior executive sponsored uplift program to set-up foundations for governance, training, auditing, remediation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • We’re including people with disability in our customer research and design testing.
  • We’re providing ongoing accessibility training for our employees.
