We understand that plans change, and so do your health needs. But cancellations and no-shows inconvenience other patients by taking up appointment times.
That's why we charge a fee of $40 if you provide less than 3 hours’ notice. We’ll ask you to pay this fee during your next visit.

Our centre provides a wide range of general practice and healthcare services to support patients at every stage of life. Services include general practice, preventative care and ongoing management of chronic health conditions, with support across key areas such as family planning, skin checks, sexual health and mental health.
Free one hour parking is available at the Como Centre across from the clinic. Cheap parking is also available at Woolworths, 200m from the clinic.

The amount you pay on the day may vary, based on the length of your appointment and complexity of treatment.
Additional procedures, vaccinations and assessments may have associated fees. The practitioner will explain any fees and ask for your consent before providing treatment.
