Dr Theary Thou

Dr Thou is an experienced general practitioner who provides care across general practice and family medicine in both hospital and community settings. He trained in New Zealand at the University of Auckland and has worked across Australia and internationally, including in Cambodia and Ireland, bringing a broad and adaptable clinical background.

He has a strong interest in family medicine, sports medicine, children’s health, men’s health and urgent care, as well as travel medicine and preventative health. Dr Thou supports patients at every stage of life, from children and families to adults and older patients, helping manage both routine concerns and acute issues.

Dr Thou takes a practical, patient‑centred approach, focusing on clear advice and shared decision-making. He works closely with patients to support active, healthy lifestyles and long-term wellbeing, and kindly bulk-bills children under 16.
