Policies
Universal bulk billing is not financially viable and would mean this practice could not provide quality service. Reduced fees are available for concession card holders.
Dr Theary Thou will kindly bulk bill children (under 16).
We understand that plans change, and so do your health needs. But cancelations and no-shows’ inconvenience other patients by taking up appointment times.
That’s why we charge a fee of $50 if you provide less than 4 hours' notice. We’ll ask you to pay this fee during your next visit.
