Bessie Tselos is an experienced psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, supporting children, adolescents and adults in a range of clinical settings. She works with individuals facing both short-term challenges and ongoing mental health concerns.
She has a strong interest in anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma-related conditions, as well as parenting, relationship issues and grief and loss. Bessie draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, along with creative and play-based approaches for younger patients.
