Our Serpells Road Medical Centre provides a wide range of general practice and healthcare services to support patients of all ages.
Conveniently located on Serpells Road, close to The Pines Shopping Centre, Templestowe and Doncaster East, our clinic offers accessible, close-to-home care for individuals and families across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

We support a broad range of patients including children, young families, working professionals and older adults with both routine and more complex health needs. With onsite pathology, a dedicated treatment room for immunisations and wound care, wheelchair access, off-street parking and appointments available six days a week, we aim to make healthcare simple, convenient and easy to access for patients across East Doncaster, Doncaster East, Templestowe, Templestowe Lower, Warrandyte and surrounding suburbs.

We partner with Melbourne Pathology, which operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Bookings are not required.

Policies
Serpells Road Medical is a private billing practice and bases its fees on the AMA fee structure, valid concession cardholders may be charged a discounted fee at doctor’s discretion. Fees are increased annually every November; we require all accounts be paid at the time of the consultation.
The following services attract their own fees and cannot be bulk billed: Workers Compensation (including TAC), Pre-Placement Medical Examinations, Insurance Medicals, Consumables and items that do not attract a Medicare rebate for card holders.
