Dr Ooi is an experienced general practitioner who provides care across general practice and family medicine in a community clinic setting. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 and has worked in general practice since 2015, supporting patients with a wide range of health needs in both routine and ongoing care.

He has a strong interest in children’s health, men’s health, dermatology and sports medicine, as well as preventative care and long-term health management. Dr Ooi also specialises in aviation medicine as a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME), providing CASA aviation medicals, including Class 2 assessments.

Dr Ooi works with patients at every stage of life, from children and families to adults and older patients. He takes a practical, patient‑centred approach, focusing on clear communication and personalised care. He speaks English and Malay, helping him support a diverse patient community.
