Dr Khin Maung Lwin is an experienced general practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care for people at every stage of life. After graduating from the University of Medicine, Yangon, Myanmar in 2008, he has built extensive experience across all aspects of general practice, supporting patients with their acute, ongoing and preventative healthcare needs.

Dr Lwin takes a holistic approach to healthcare, working closely with patients to understand their individual circumstances and develop care plans that support their long-term health and wellbeing. He has particular interests in chronic disease management, mental health, Aboriginal health and preventive care, helping patients manage both immediate health concerns and ongoing health conditions.

He has experience supporting patients with a range of mental health concerns, providing compassionate care and working collaboratively with individuals to develop practical strategies that support their emotional and psychological wellbeing. He understands the connection between physical and mental health and aims to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns.
