Our centre provides a wide range of general practice and healthcare services to support individuals, families and older adults with both routine and more complex health needs. Services include general practice, preventative care and ongoing management of chronic health conditions, with support across key areas such as skin checks, pregnancy support and mental health.
Pathology opening hours
We partner with Melbourne Pathology, which operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm. Bookings are not required.

The amount you pay on the day may vary, based on the length of your appointment and complexity of treatment.
Additional procedures, vaccinations and assessments may have associated fees. The practitioner will explain any fees and ask for your consent before providing treatment.

Please pay at reception straight after your consultation.
A $3 fee will be charged for payments made after the day of the appointment.
Policies
North Balwyn Medical is a mixed billing centre. This means some patients and services are bulk billed, while others will have out-of-pocket costs.
Please note Dr Orhan Uluca's fees may vary from the practice fees shown here.
We bulk bill for:
- Children under 16 years old
- Pensioner Concession Card holders
- Veteran Gold Card holders.
Some other things to know:
- Bulk billing is not available on Saturdays.
- Overseas students and visitors will need to pay the full fee on the day, before making a claim with their health insurer.
We understand that plans change, and so do your health needs. But cancellations and no-shows inconvenience other patients by taking up appointment times.
That's why we charge a fee of $40 if you provide less than 4 hours' notice. We'll ask you to pay this fee during your next visit.
