We provide comprehensive general practice services, including preventative care, chronic disease management and support for ongoing health needs. Key service areas include children’s health, women’s and men’s health, mental health, skin cancer checks, weight management and sports medicine, along with vaccinations, health checks, minor procedures and workplace services. We support individuals and growing families, children and older patients.
Pathology opening hours
We partner with Melbourne Pathology, which operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Bookings are not required.

Policies
Our focus is to deliver high quality health care to clients. To enable us to do this, services are privately billed. The individual circumstances and needs of clients is also important to the independent practitioners, and they recognize in some instances that bulk billing may be required, please speak to our staff for details. Discounts are offered to holders of Health Care Cards and Pension Cards.
Medicare rebates will be claimed at the time of payment and reimbursed to you by the method you have arranged with Medicare. Fees are not greater than recommended by the Australian Medical Association. Full payment is required at the time of service.
Other fees may apply depending on the service provided by the doctor. Please speak to reception regarding fees provided for other services if you are unsure.
A non-attendance fee of $60 will be applied for each appointment missed.
Patients who consent to SMS communications are sent an appointment reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations of DNA appointments need to notify the practice 4 hours in advance of the appointment time.
