Do I need to see a registered or a clinical psychologist?
All our psychologists are qualified professionals. We recommend a registered psychologist for help with everyday challenges such as stress, relationships and resilience building. If you're experiencing more specific or complex issues a clinical psychologist might be the preferred option for you.

Amy Chau is a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting clients across a broad range of mental health concerns.
She has worked in both public and private healthcare settings, helping people from diverse backgrounds navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, grief, and study or work-related concerns.
Amy is dedicated to helping people develop the skills and confidence they need to lead more meaningful, fulfilling lives. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, with a strong focus on helping clients manage unhelpful thoughts and feelings, and take actions that align with their personal values and goals.
Known for her compassionate, collaborative style, Amy creates a safe space where clients feel supported and understood throughout their journey.

With over 20 years’ experience, Abir supports children and their families during vulnerable and challenging times.
Abir believes every child wants to do well when given the right support. Her work focuses on the whole child, their emotions, relationships, environment, and strengths. She works closely with families, carers, and schools, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, and has extensive experience in psychological and developmental assessments.
Known for her nurturing and supportive style, Abir is believes in building resilience, confidence, and a sense of safety in children, while helping parents feel informed, empowered, and hopeful about their child’s journey.

Nicole Nossiter is a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience working across a range of settings, including occupational rehabilitation, schools, and private practice.
She has supported adults and war veterans, as well as school staff and parents, working with people from diverse backgrounds across Australia.
She views therapy as an active, collaborative process that supports clients to develop practical skills for living a more meaningful life.
Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Positive Psychology, with a focus on anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress management.
Drawing on her background as both a psychologist and a primary school teacher, Nicole has also developed a strength-based wellbeing program for primary schools. This program is grounded in the science of Positive Psychology and aims to build resilience and wellbeing for staff, students, and families.
Nicole is known for her warm, empathetic, and conversational style. She recognises that starting counselling can feel daunting and creates a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
