Do I need to see a registered or a clinical psychologist?
All our psychologists are qualified professionals. We recommend a registered psychologist for help with everyday challenges such as stress, relationships and resilience building. If you're experiencing more specific or complex issues a clinical psychologist might be the preferred option for you.

Lorraine Skinner is a clinical psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in private practice and academic research.
She supports patients with a broad range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, grief, relationship issues, addiction, self-esteem, and stress. Lorraine has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and is committed to providing warm, compassionate therapy tailored to her patient’s needs.
She draws on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Lorraine’s approach is anchored in care, respect and collaboration and she creates a safe therapeutic space where patients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful change. She works closely with each client to co-design treatment plans that align with their goals and values, supporting them at every step of their journey.

Chanel Dib is a clinical psychologist with experience supporting adults across private clinics, university settings and correctional facilities.
She brings a warm, patient-centred approach to her work and has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological presentations.
Chanel has particular interests in anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and specific phobias), depressive disorders, relationship and adjustment difficulties, as well as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Chanel values the importance of individual identity, lived experience and the biopsychosocial factors that shape mental health. Her therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Behavioural Activation, Schema Therapy and more.
Chanel is committed to delivering flexible, compassionate care that supports patients to understand themselves, navigate difficulties and move toward their goals.

Stephanie is a registered child psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and families at all stages.
Working in both public and private school settings, she understands the unique challenges facing young people in education and is dedicated to helping them thrive.
Stephanie takes a neuroaffirming, client-centred approach, creating a warm, respectful, and safe space where each person feels heard and empowered. She draws on evidence-based practices and collaborates closely with clients to address depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, OCD, autism, and ADHD.
With a calm and compassionate style, Stephanie is committed to providing tailored care that honours individual strengths and needs, helping clients build resilience, clarify goals, and foster positive connections.
