When Elaine and Richard Elrick thought about downsizing, they did a lot of research to make sure their new house could be a true home.
“We’d been looking around for four or five years!” Elaine recalls. “But the few places we’d seen didn’t quite satisfy us. Then we got the flyer from Bupa that they were building near us and we thought ‘Right! Finally, this might be it!’”

“We own a property down the coast, but we’d never consider moving there!”

“We miss our old house, but we don’t miss doing the gardening or all the other things that come with it!”
