Bupa has partnered with an acclaimed global architectural practice to create modern, light filled apartments that marry convenient and accessible living with style. Each boasts modern features to enhance your home such as soft close drawers, premium appliances, ample storage and reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartments have been carefully designed to support you as you age with larger living areas, accessible entrance ways and adaptable bathrooms. All apartments have at least one car space in the secure, underground basement car park complete with your own separate storage area.

Seamless security

At Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village, safety considerations have been very much part of the design. Entry to the car park and building is via secure access and each apartment will feature an audio-visual intercom. You can rest easy knowing your health and wellbeing is safe with an emergency call system in each apartment and the large ground floor common areas.
