Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village

Builder Lipman and Design team Marchese Partners gathered together with the Property Development team at Bupa celebrated the ‘Topping out’ of the Sutherland Retirement Village on 18 December 2019.

Sutherland Retirement Village is the first Bupa retirement village in Australia and sets a new benchmark for urban apartment retirement living in The Sutherland Shire, Sydney. The new village is adjacent to the Bupa Sutherland Aged Care Home.

All apartments have balconies and access to luxurious communal facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, cinema room, café and BBQs.

Following the installation of the final piece of the structure, the team will now focus on the internal fit-out with high quality standard finishes and immaculate detailing The Sutherland retirement village is due for completion in late 2020 and apartments are now available for sale off the plan.
