We've changed the way you access myBupa. If you haven't signed in since 29 August 2023 set up your digital identity now to access your account. Existing members must re-register. Old logins won't work

Find your membership number

You'll find your membership number on your card, or your welcome email. We also include your membership number on most correspondence we send.

Check your details match

When you enter your details to register for myBupa, it's case sensitive. Please check that you're entering your details as they appear on your Bupa card, with capital letters, and your date of birth with forward slashes, e.g. 01/01/1980.

I can't access myBupa

If you've suspended your policy to pause your premium payments while you're overseas or experiencing financial hardship, you won't be able to use myBupa until you resume your policy.
