Make an extras claim
To claim your extras online, all you need are your receipts and the relevant bank account details. In most cases, you'll find out straight away if your claim has been paid and how much you can expect to receive in your account. And best of all, anyone on the membership* can claim for themselves online.
myBupa enables you to manage your payment details online. You can set up and maintain a direct debit and you can make one-off payments quickly and securely.
Even if you received your statements in the mail or via email you can still view and download them in myBupa, including previous years’ Tax Statements. We’ll store your Tax Statements for up to seven years so you can access them.
You can grant online authority to anyone on your policy so they'll be able to update contact and payment details. As the policyholder, granting online authority can be done in a single step – just login to myBupa and within the 'People Covered' module, just click 'Yes' next to the name of the person to whom you wish to grant online authority. If you would like to give someone authority to make changes to the level of cover, or to view claims information, please call us on 134 135.
