Quick answers to common questions
Your digital identity is unique to you. It proves who you are online by verifying personal details such as your email address and mobile number.

It’s a good idea to use the mobile number that is listed on your Bupa policy. This will be the same number where you may receive personalised SMS notifications with health-related content, advice and services if you have opted in.

Some international phone numbers are supported. You need to contact customer support for assistance if yours is not working.

It’s best to use the email associated with your existing policy. It should be the email you use to receive your account statements or welcome communications. The email should be unique to you, as the same email cannot be used for multiple digital identities.

After you’ve completed the setup, you’ll use this email to sign in to your Bupa online services.

Members whose credentials are managed by their employer (federated sign-in) can use their existing email and password to set up their digital identity.

If you’ve already set up your digital identity, but have forgotten your sign-in details, you may need to:

• reset your email, or
• reset your password.

No. Once you have set up your identity, you can use it to sign in to any Bupa online service, including myBupa.

If you don’t have a mobile number registered to your policy, you won’t be able to proceed through the access verification process. For assistance, message us on Whatsapp or call 134 135.

To continue accessing Life Rewards, you’ll need to set up your Bupa digital identity. This is a one-time process. Once you’ve set up your Bupa digital identity and signed in, you’re ready to go and can access myBupa and Life Rewards as you usually would.
