There's a lot to take in when you have a hospital stay. From understanding your options, knowing how to prepare and what to pack, to following discharge plans, medications, knowing which appointments to book and more. Having additional support during this time can help support your recovery, and may prevent further unplanned hospital admissions.

*To be eligible for the Hospital Recovery Support Program, you must have domestic Bupa hospital cover that’s paid up-to-date, and be 18 years or older.
