Support to help you manage a diagnosed mental health condition^
Agreed sessions~ with a psychologist or other mental health professional, at no extra cost#
Options to receive support in a variety of available settings
What does the program provide?
Mind Care Choices is helping people access support in their own communities, close to their homes, families, carers, and supporters.
Eligible Bupa Health Insurance customers* can access agreed sessions~ with mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers, and registered nurses, as appropriate.
Treatment and support can be delivered in different ways, depending on what best suits your situation. Options include in-person appointments, telehealth phone or video calls and, depending on the provider, visits to you at home or in community settings, and group activities.
You can continue to see your own treating health professionals and, with your permission, the Mind Care Choices provider can liaise with them on your treatment plan.
Why choose Mind Care Choices?
- Treatment and care delivered to suit you
- Agreed sessions~ with mental health professionals (maximum one hour in duration)
