How does Dietitian Health Coaching work?
- Arrange a phone appointment with your personal dietitian at a time that suits you.
- Discuss your current food, lifestyle and relevant medical history.
- Your dietitian will provide information and tailored nutrition advice.
- Together you'll set achievable goals to set you up for success.
- Enjoy a follow-up phone check-in to stay motivated and get the support you need.
- Review your goals, discuss any barriers, revisit strategies and adjust if necessary.
- Receive an email after each check-in, along with info & tools to help meet your diet goals.

Monday-Thursday: 8am - 7pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm

Gold Ultimate Health Cover
Ultimate Health Cover members are entitled up to 3 phone appointments over a 2-4 month period every calendar year.
- Up to 3 phone calls with a Bupa Dietitian per person:
- 1 x 45-60 minutes
- 2 x 15-30 minutes
Silver Plus Prime, Simple Start – Bronze Plus & OSHC Extras
Members on Silver Plus Prime, Simple Start – Bronze Plus & OSHC Extras can enjoy two phone appointments over a 2-3 month period once every calendar year.
- Up to 2 phone calls with a Bupa Dietitian per person:
- 1 x 45-60 minutes
- 1 x 15-30 minutes
Members must serve a 2 month waiting period before engaging with the program.
