These Terms and conditions, the Bupa HI Pty Ltd ("Bupa", "us" or "we") Fund Rules (available at https://www.bupa.com.au/health-insurance/bupa-fund-rules-full.pdf) and the myBupa terms (available at https://my.bupa.com.au/terms-and-conditions) govern use of your eligible Bupa Digital Card with the Apple Pay.
- Your Use of a Bupa Digital Card and Apple Pay
- You can use Apple Pay and your Bupa Digital Card to make claims at providers that support the use of Apple Pay. Bupa is not responsible for ensuring that providers support Apple Pay.
- We will not charge you any additional fees for your use of your Bupa Digital Card via Apple Pay, but you are responsible for any third-party charges (for example, data charges) incurred as a result of your use of the Bupa Digital Card and Apple Pay.
- Apple Pay is provided by Apple Inc (registered in the United States of America and other countries) not Bupa, and is governed by the Apple Pay terms and conditions. Bupa is not responsible for the availability or functionality of Apple Pay, including which devices Apple Pay supports.
- Bupa may choose to suspend your Bupa Digital Card in the event you breach the Fund Rules, the myBupa terms and conditions or these terms and conditions.
- We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, and we will notify you of these changes and other matters relevant to your use of the Bupa Digital Card using the Apple Wallet. We will notify you using the communication preferences you have selected in myBupa. Unless we indicate otherwise, when you continue to use your Bupa Digital Card via Apple Pay you are taken to have accepted any changes we have made to these terms.
- These terms and conditions and your use of the Bupa Digital Card via Apple Pay are governed by the laws of the Australian State of Victoria.
- Security
- You are responsible for keeping your device and any device passcode secure. If you do not keep your passcode secure you may be liable for unauthorised transactions or claims. Bupa will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer because you do not keep your device secure, engage in fraud or use your device in a manner not approved by Bupa or Apple.
- Any person who can unlock your device can make claims, and it is your responsibility to ensure only people authorised by you can access your device.
- You should tell us immediately if you lose your physical Bupa card or your device, or if you suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed your device or used your physical card. If you lose your physical card we may, in our sole discretion, delete or replace the card from your Apple Wallet.
- In the event you lose your phone, Bupa recommends you use Apple's "Find My iPhone" functionality to lock, locate, track or erase your device.
