6 Weeks Free Terms and Conditions
1. ‘Weeks Free’ Offer (The Offer)
If you’re an Eligible Customer (See section 2 below) who takes out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (See section 3 below) and pay by direct debit you will receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa):
- 6 weeks free, with the value of your free weeks based on your level of cover when payment is made. How it works:
- In most cases, your 6 weeks free will be applied 28 days after you join, extending the date you’re “paid to”.
- If your weeks free period ends before your next direct debit date, we may take a smaller-than-usual payment to make up the difference.
- If you join through a Bupa consultant and pay yearly, your first payment will be reduced by the value of 6 weeks.
2. Eligible Customer
You are an Eligible Customer if you:
- have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 60 days of your join date;
- are an Australian resident over the age of 18;
- take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see Section 3) between 08/10/2026 and 18/11/2026 and commence your policy by 18/12/2026;
- pay and maintain 28 days of your health insurance premiums by direct debit;
- provide a valid email address; and
- use promo code ‘EVERYDAY6WF’ if joining online.
3. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy
An Eligible Health Insurance Policy is a combined Domestic Hospital and Extras product, or packaged product, or standalone domestic Hospital product or standalone domestic Extras product issued by Bupa and excludes:
- Any hospital product when combined with Extras Saver cover;
- Gold Hospital Product;
- Ambulance only products; and
- Short Stay Visitors Products, Overseas Visitors Products, Overseas Student Health Products.
4. General
- Yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, policy and fund rules apply.
- The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer provided by Bupa.
- If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Offer then Bupa may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Offer. If Bupa discovers that you did not satisfy any of these terms and conditions after the Offer has been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Offer.
- Bupa reserves the right to end, change or extend this Offer at any time.
- Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
- The Offer is available only if you join through Bupa direct channels and is not available if you join through a price comparator.
- Only the policy holder will receive the offer.
- The Offer is not available to any customers attached to a corporate group including employees or contractors of Bupa, or any other Bupa Group company.
Up to 170,000 Everyday Rewards Points (equal to $850 Everyday Rewards Dollars) Terms and Conditions
1. Up to 170,000 Everyday Rewards Points (equal to $850 Everyday Rewards Dollars) Everyday Rewards Offer
All Eligible Customers will collect up to 170,000 Everyday Rewards points (equal to up to $850 Everyday Rewards dollars) which will appear in their Everyday Rewards Account within 30 days of all eligibility criteria being met. The number of Everyday Rewards points you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold at the time of meeting all eligibility criteria and paying 90 days of premiums by direct debit (90 days does not include any free cover periods).

The amount of Everyday Rewards points offered under this promotion is subject to change, at the discretion of Woolworths. Changes to Everyday Rewards points offered will be published online. Details of Everyday Rewards points can be found in the full terms and conditions.
2. Eligible Customer
To be an Eligible Customer for this Offer from Woolworths Group Limited (Woolworths) (the Everyday Rewards Offer), you must:
- have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 60 days of your to join date;
- are an Australian resident over the age of 18;
- take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see Section 3) between 08/10/2026 and 18/11/2026 and commence your policy by 18/12/2026;
- pay and maintain 90 days of your health insurance premiums by direct debit (90 days does not include any free cover periods);
- provide one registered Everyday Rewards card number to Bupa on sign up or link your Bupa and Everyday Rewards accounts within 30 days of joining. Only one registered Everyday Rewards card can be linked to one Bupa policy. Multiple Bupa policies cannot be linked to the same Everyday Rewards card. Note: the surname for your Everyday Rewards account must match your surname or that of another member within your Bupa policy. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria to receive up to 170,000 Everyday Rewards Points (equal to up to $850 Everyday Rewards Dollars) Offer, you will still receive the 6 weeks free health insurance (6 weeks free in year 1) provided you satisfy the relevant Offer eligibility criteria.
- provide the promotion code “EVERYDAY6WF” on sign-up; and
- provide a valid email address upon joining Bupa.
3. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy
An Eligible Health Insurance Policy is a combined Domestic Hospital and Extras product, or packaged product, or standalone domestic Hospital product or standalone domestic Extras product issued by Bupa and excludes:
- Any hospital product when combined with Extras Saver cover;
- Gold Hospital Product;
- Ambulance only products; and
- Short Stay Visitors Products, Overseas Visitors Products, Overseas Student Health Products.

- The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available with any other promotional join offer other than The Offer (see above terms and conditions).
- The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available if you join through a price comparator.
- You acknowledge that Bupa will share some of your personal information with Woolworths for the purpose of Woolworths providing you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. Woolworths and Everyday Rewards handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Bupa handles your personal information in accordance with its Information Handling Policy.

The Everyday Rewards Offer is subject to the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions.
- If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Everyday Rewards Offer, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. If Bupa and/or Woolworths discovers that you did not satisfy any of these terms and conditions after the Everyday Rewards Offer has been awarded, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Everyday Rewards Offer from your account.
- Bupa and Woolworths reserve the right to alter, shorten the period of, adjust any details of, or cancel the Everyday Rewards Offer or this promotion at any time in their sole discretion.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Bupa and Woolworths exclude all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Everyday Rewards Offer, or your participation in this promotion or the Everyday Rewards Offer.
