Corporate 6 Weeks Free + 2 & 6 month waiting periods waived and ongoing discount Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer

If you’re an Eligible Customer who maintains an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy and pay by direct debit or payroll deduction (if available), you’ll receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa):

  1. Six (6) weeks free, with the value of your free weeks based on your level of cover when you make a payment. How it works:  
    1. Unless you pay yearly, in most cases, your 6 weeks free will be applied 28 days after you join, extending the date you’re “paid to”.
    2. If your weeks free period ends before your next direct debit date, we may take a smaller-than-usual payment to make up the difference.
    3. If you pay yearly, your first payment will be reduced by the value of 6 weeks. 
  2. 2- and 6-month waiting periods waived on extras applied at policy join date.

2. Eligible Customer

You are an Eligible Customer if you:

  1. have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 12 months of your join date; 
  2. are an Australian resident over the age of 18;  
  3. take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see section 3 below) between 16/01/2026 and 11:59pm AEDT on 16/01/2027 and commence your policy by 15/02/2027;
  4. pay your health insurance premiums by ongoing direct debit or payroll deductions (if available); 
  5. use promo code “6WEEKSCORP” and quote your company name if joining online; and
  6. provide a valid email address.

 

3. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy

An ‘Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy’ is any combined Hospital and Extras product issued by Bupa and included in the relevant customer’s Corporate Health Plan but excludes: 

  1. Hospital only products; 
  2. Extras only products; 
  3. Emergency Only Ambulance and Premium Ambulance covers (both standalone or combined); 
  4. Overseas Visitors Covers (standalone or combined); 
  5. Short Stay Visitors Cover; 
  6. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC); 
  7. Reciprocal Health Cover – Basic
  8. Corporate proposition (CP) range products
  9. Any company funded health plans (either corporate split bill or corporate subsidised).
  10. Products that are only available to Bupa employees and contractors

4. General

  1. Yearly limits, other waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, policy and fund rules apply.
  2. The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer with the exception of the Bupa Refer a Friend offer.
  3. If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Offer then Bupa may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Offer. If Bupa discovers that you did not satisfy any of these terms and conditions after the Offer has been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Offer.
  4. This Offer is currently due to expire on 16/01/2027 (Bupa reserves the right to extend this Offer).
  5. Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
  6. This Offer is available only if you join through Bupa direct channels and is not available if you join through a price comparator.
