Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Everyday Rewards Offer

All Eligible Customers (see section 2 below) will receive from Woolworths Group Limited (Woolworths) (the Everyday Rewards Offer) a specific number of Everyday Rewards points (Everyday Rewards points) (see the table below for details), loaded into their Everyday Rewards account within 30 days of satisfying all requirements to become an Eligible Customer, including payment requirements. The number of Everyday Rewards points you can collect is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums (value of first year’s premiums includes any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates) for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold at the date all eligibility criteria has been satisfied, including payment requirements. The amount of Everyday Rewards points offered under this promotion is subject to change, at the discretion of Woolworths. Changes to Everyday Rewards points offered will be published online in advance of any change. Details of Everyday Rewards points can be found in the full terms and conditions.

2. Eligible Customer

You are an Eligible Customer if you:

  1. have not held domestic Bupa health insurance in the last 60 days prior to join date;
  2. are an Australian resident over the age of 18; 
  3. take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see section 3 below) between 9 July 2026 and 11 August 2026; 
  4. maintain that cover and pay 60 days of premiums on the policy (60 days does not include any free cover periods).
  5. pay your premiums by direct debit;
  6. provide one registered Everyday Rewards card number to Bupa on sign up or link your Bupa and Everyday Rewards accounts within 30 days of joining.  Only one registered Everyday Rewards card can be linked per Bupa policy. Note: the surname for your Everyday Rewards account must match your surname or that of another member within your Bupa policy;
  7. if joining online, provide the promotion code “EVERYDAY135” on sign up; and
  8. provide a valid email address upon joining Bupa.

 

3. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy

An Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy is a standalone domestic Hospital product or standalone domestic Extras product or combined domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa. Excludes Gold Hospital Cover. 


4. General

  1. Yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, fund and policy rules apply.
  2. The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available with any other promotional join offer.
  3. The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available if you join through a price comparator.
  4. The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available to any customers attached to a corporate group including employees [or contractors] of Bupa, or any other Bupa Group company.
  5. You acknowledge that Bupa will share some of your personal information with Woolworths for the purpose of Woolworths providing you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. Woolworths handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Bupa handles your personal information in accordance with its Information Handling Policy.

  6. Everyday Rewards Offer is subject to the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions.

  7. If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Everyday Rewards Offer, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. If Bupa and/or Woolworths discover that you have not satisfied these terms and conditions after the Everyday Rewards Offer has been awarded, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Everyday Rewards Offer from your account.
  8. Bupa and Woolworths reserve the right to alter, shorten the period of, adjust any details of, or cancel the Everyday Rewards Offer or this promotion at any time in their sole discretion upon reasonable notice being provided. 
  9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Bupa and Woolworths exclude all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Everyday Rewards Offer, or your participation in this promotion or the Everyday Rewards Offer.
  10. In addition to the above terms and conditions, by participating in the Everyday Rewards program you agree to the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions. You may not earn points if earning those points would cause you to exceed $4,000 Everyday Rewards dollars as set out in those Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions.
