Therapy services offered include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, optical and audiology (coming soon). We plan to expand into other health services in the near future.

We provide a one stop therapy experience for adult customers with neurophysiological conditions including, but not limited to:

What can I expect?

You may be wondering whether Bupa Therapy is the right service for you. To find out, why not book a tour of the facility and discuss your needs with our experienced staff.

On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff, who will check you in if for your appointment and assist with any enquiries. If you have time before or after your appointment, you can have a coffee and chat at the Kitchen Table, or take advantage of our lounge area and free Wi-Fi.

Your first therapy appointment will usually involve some assessments and discussion of what you hope to achieve in your time at Bupa Therapy. Taking initial measurements or completing some questionnaires helps you and your team to track your progress. We understand that you are keen to get on with your therapy and this assessment phase is an important first step in starting your plan.

On your first appointment, it is a good idea to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete the customer details forms. This will ensure that you maximise your time in therapy and your session will start promptly.

What to bring

  • Reading glasses, hearing aid and any other aids you require for communication
  • Comfortable clothes such as track suit pants, a t-shirt and closed-in shoes, such as you would wear at the gym. We have accessible private changing facilities if you need to change clothes.
  • Recent medical or therapy reports to assist our therapy staff to understand your needs quickly and work with you on your individual therapy plan.
  • Relevant payment details such as your NDIS number and plan or TAC number, private health insurance card, Medicare card. We do not accept cash.

Please be prepared to expect some homework! Your experienced therapists will provide guidance, practice, encouragement and feedback on your progress. The hard work continues in the other 23 hours of the day when you are not at therapy.
