Bupa handles sensitive information about our customers' health all day, every day, and we take our commitments to protecting this information very seriously. We also know it's not always convenient for people to manage their own policies – especially if they're visiting from overseas or English isn't their first language.
When you set up a policy on behalf of someone else, you'll have a temporary authority on that policy for 30 days. If you'll keep managing the policy beyond that, we need a completed authority form, signed by both you and the policyholder.
