Why can’t I change the policy address online?
Only the policyholder can change the address registered for the policy. All members can manage their own contact details and preferences in myBupa.
How can I change my name?
If your name changes, contact us, we'll change your name and send you a new card. For digital card holders, your name updates automatically. We don't need to see any proof for name changes.
How can I change my direct debit details?

Why can't I log into myBupa?
