1. 8 Weeks Free Offer

If you’re an Eligible Customer who maintains an Eligible Bupa Policy and pays by direct debit, you’ll receive from Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa):

1. 8 weeks free, with the value of your free weeks based on your level of cover when payment is made. How it works:
   1. Except for the circumstances described at paragraph iii below, your 4 weeks free will be applied 28 days after you join, extending the date you’re “paid to”. The remaining 4 weeks are applied once you’ve held eligible cover for 13 months, extending the date that billing cycle is “paid to”.
   2. If your weeks free period ends before your next direct debit date, we may take a smaller-than-usual payment to make up the difference.
   3. If you join through a Bupa consultant and pay yearly, your first payment will be reduced by the value of 4 weeks. The remaining 4 weeks is applied once you’ve held eligible cover for 13 months. This means your third yearly payment will be reduced by the value of 4 weeks.

2. Eligible Customer

1. have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 60 days of your join date;
2. are an Australian resident over the age of 18;
3. take out an Eligible Policy directly with Bupa between 15/10/2026 and 18/11/2026 and commence your policy by 18/12/2026;
4. pay your health insurance premiums by direct debit;
5. provide a valid email address; and
6. use promo code 8WEEKSFREEFC if joining via the Bupa website.

3. Eligible Policy

4. General

1. Yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, policy and fund rules apply.
2. The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer provided by Bupa.
3. If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Offer then Bupa may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Offer. If Bupa discovers that you did not satisfy any of these terms and conditions after the Offer has been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Offer.
4. Bupa reserves the right to end, change or extend this Offer at any time.
5. Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
6. The Offer is available only if you join through Bupa direct channels and is not available if you join through a price comparator.
7. The Offer is not available to any customers attached to a corporate group including employees [or contractors] of Bupa, or any other Bupa Group company.

Flight Centre Gift Card Offer

1. Flight Centre Gift Card Offer

All Eligible Flight Centre Gift Card Customers will receive either a $200 or $400 Flight Centre Gift Card from Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (Flight Centre) which will be sent to their registered email address within 30 days of all eligibility criteria being met (the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer). The value of the Flight Centre Gift Card you are entitled to is dependent on the Policy Scale for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold at the date of becoming an Eligible Flight Centre Gift Card Customer. Flight Centre Gift Card of $200 or $400 will be provided by Flight Centre and issued digitally to the member's registered email address within 30 days of satisfying all requirements to become an Eligible Flight Centre Gift Card Customer. The Flight Centre Gift Card will be valid for redemption in-store and online with Flight Centre for 3 years from date of issue. Multiple redemptions are permitted until the maximum value has been reached or the card expires. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. 2. Eligible Flight Centre Gift Card Customer

1. have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 60 days of your join date;
2. are an Australian resident over the age of 18;
3. take out an Eligible Policy directly with Bupa between 15/10/2026 and 18/11/2026 and commence your policy by 18/12/2026;
4. pay your health insurance premiums by direct debit for 60 consecutive days from the policy start date (60 days does not include any free cover periods);
5. provide a valid email address; and
6. use promo code 8WEEKSFREEFC if joining via the Bupa website.

2. The Flight Centre Gift Card is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer provided by Bupa, excluding the 8 Weeks Free Offer. 
3. If you do not satisfy the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer then Bupa and/or Flight Centre Travel may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer. If Bupa and/or Flight Centre Travel discovers that you did not satisfy any of the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer terms and conditions after the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer has been awarded, then Bupa and/or Flight Centre may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer.
4. Bupa and/or Flight Centre reserve the right to end, change or extend this Flight Centre Gift Card Offer at any time. 
5. Bupa and/or Flight Centre is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
6. The Flight Centre Gift Card Offer is available only if you join through Bupa direct channels and is not available if you join through a price comparator.

8. You acknowledge that Bupa will share some of your personal information with Flight Centre for the purpose of providing you with the Flight Centre Gift Card Offer. Flight Centre will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Bupa handles your personal information in accordance with its Information Handling Policy.
9. The Flight Centre Gift Card Offer is subject to the Flight Centre Gift Card Terms.
