If you receive this letter, a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth has requested more information to complete your visa medical assessment. As part of your visa application, you’ll need to comply with this request.
You may also be asked to attend a Chest Clinic. Your nearest Chest Clinic will contact you using the details you provided at the time of booking to arrange an appointment when available. If you have changed your contact information, please contact us so we can update it.
Australian chest clinics are managed by the State Health Departments. Please be aware that it can take up to several months for you to receive your allocated appointment. The Department of Home Affairs is aware of these delays, therefore this will not affect your visa status.
