Graduate RN Program
Are you a recently graduated Registered Nurse looking for a culture of care? Accelerate your career with Bupa's RN Graduate Program. Over 12 months you'll undertake formal learning alongside practical placement rotations. Learning alongside the industry's best, you'll be supported to gain experience across many disciplines of aged care nursing, setting you up for excellent career progression, where you're at the heart of it.
Carer Traineeships
Do you want to be a carer? Bupa's Carer Traineeships combine formal education with practical placement. After 12 months successful completion, you'll have a qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support and an employment pathway as a carer. Earn while you learn, to create a meaningful career where you'll make a difference every day.
Overseas Nurses Program
Are you a Registered Nurse in the UAE, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, India or the UK? Bupa wants qualified nurses with at least two years' experience who are keen to work in Australia. You'll join the team in one of our regional aged care homes, and you'll be supported to live and work in Australia, with the potential for ongoing sponsorship to become a permanent resident.
