Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the terms of the promotion are set out below.
2. Entrants must be residents of Australia and over the age of 18 years.
3. The Promoter is Bupa Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 81 000 057 590 of 600 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 ("Promoter").
4. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families and any of the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 
5. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which does not comply with these terms.
6. The promotion commences on Friday 23 September 2011 at 10.30am (CST) and closes on Friday 23 September 2011 at 11.10am (CST)  ("Promotional Period").
7. To enter the prize draw you must complete and submit an entry form in person at the Dr Stan Rodski's Better Sleep F.A.S.T. seminar, at the English Australia Conference.
8. The prize draw will take place at the end of Dr Stan Rodski's seminar on Friday 23 September 2011 at 11.10am (CST). The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible.
9. There is one (1) prize to be given away. The first valid entry drawn from all valid entries during the Promotional Period will win the prize a 2 day weekend  health escape for 2 at the Golden Door health retreat, Elysia valued at up to $1,800 (inclusive of GST). The prize does not include flights or other travel, and cannot be exchanged for money, nor can it be sold or exchanged for any other item.
10. The winner will be notified at the end of Dr Stan Rodksi's seminar and in writing by email no later than Friday 30 September 2011.
11. The name of the winner will be published on the Bupa website on Tuesday 4th October 2011
12. In the event that the prize winner does not accept the prize then the winner will forfeit that prize. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or the element.
13. Where the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on Tuesday 27 December 2011 at 12.00pm  (AEST). The winner of the further draw will be notified by phone and in writing by email no later than Tuesday 3 January 2012.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents shall not be liable for loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (Including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any person whilst participating in the promotion or utilizing the prize.
15. The Promoter makes no express representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility in regard to the condition and/or fitness of the prize. The winner should look to the manufacturer or supplier for all warranties and claims.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. If you do not provide the personal information requested you may not be able to participate in this promotion. Unless otherwise indicated by you, by participating in this promotion you agree to the Promoter providing you with information in relation to the services and products of the Bupa Australia Group of companies. All information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Information Handling Policy, which can be located at http://www.bupa.com.au/privacy-and-security or by contacting the Promoter.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes. It is a condition of entering this promotion that the winner consents to the Promoter doing so.
