If you'd like to transfer your existing overseas or Australian health insurance cover to us, simply choose your cover, go to 'Join now', complete the online application form and we’ll take care of the rest!

If you're changing from a recognised overseas health insurance provider, general insurer or Australian health insurer to us, you may continue to be covered for the same benefit entitlements as on your previous cover. This is referred to as 'continuity of cover' and applies if the same services are offered on your new cover with us and they are not subject to Exclusions or Restricted Benefits.

To receive continuity of cover, you need to transfer to us within 60 days of leaving your previous insurer and we will contact the insurer on your behalf in order to obtain the details we require.
