I no longer want to use my credit card to pay my Bupa health insurance premiums. Can I move my Bupa AutoPay to my bank account?
Yes. To do so, you'll need to complete a Bupa AutoPay application form.
What happens if I use someone else's credit card (e.g. - my parents) to make my health insurance payments?
If you are using someone else's credit card (other than someone nominated with partner authority) to pay your Bupa health insurance premiums, you will need to provide Bupa with signed consent from the credit card holder that this is allowed. Therefore, any changes or additions that are made to the credit card details that Bupa holds must also have signed consent from the credit card holder. To provide Bupa with this consent so, you'll need to complete a Bupa AutoPay application form.
