Australia is now ranked the fourth most obese nation in the world. While this might not come as a surprise to some, most would agree that something needs to be done collectively to ensure that as a nation we don't climb up to third spot and beyond.
At Bupa we are serious about tackling health issues and improving the lives of our members, which is why we are proud to support the Channel 10 initiative - 1 Million Kilo Challenge.
We'd really like to see you be successful in achieving your weight goals, and would like to support you each step of the way. How?
