Family Moments lets you create private news feeds amongst your friends and family, so you can capture, record and share your children’s growth and development in confidence. Unlike other social media apps, you’re in control of who you want to share your child’s development with, making Family Moments a great meeting place where you can store your child’s health milestones.
You’ll get regular reminders and notifications of key events, such as immunisation, as well as helpful hints and ideas on healthy choices for your growing child. And if you’re a Bupa member, you’ll be able to unlock additional features for free.

Moments
Don’t lose the moment. Capture, record and share your children’s moments in an instant on your timeline, by taking a quick photo or simply keying in an event. Use the familiar icons for categories such as dental, health and growth to enter and search your moments easily.
TimeCam
TimeCam lets you record time-lapse movies of your child’s growth. You can create and share your time-lapse video with friends and family on your moments timeline, Facebook or via email. TimeCam can be unlocked by Bupa members with their myBupa details.

Growth
Enter your children’s height and weight on their growth charts regularly, and keep track of their growth over time. These colour coded, gender-specific charts for 0-3 year olds, adapted from the World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards, give you key information on your child’s development and a memorable keepsake for years to come.
Reference
Want to know more about topics like immunisation, food and nutrition, or sleep? Browse the reference section relevant to your child’s age for key facts and helpful hints on how your child is developing at any stage.
