If you're not a member, use the app to find network service providers or get a quick quote on any of our wide range of health insurance products.
A: You need an iPhone¹ or Android² smartphone, as well as 3G or Wi-Fi internet connectivity so that the app can automatically update Members First providers and Bupa centre locations. Check with your mobile/internet service provider for details of data download and internet usage charges.
A: As MBF, HBA and Mutual Community are now Bupa, this new Bupa app has replaced the three previous MBF/HBA/Mutual Community branded versions.
A. The new Bupa app delivers the following enhancements:
1. Access to myBupa to make a claim for Hospital or Extras services.
2. Direct use of Google Maps² search, in line with best-of-breed iPhone¹ and Android² app design – and still with the ability to tailor the search by postcode or suburb. Users can also revert to the familiar list-based search if required.
2. Combined data across our MBF, HBA and Mutual Community brands.
3. An automatic download process for database updates – you will not have to go back to the iTunes¹ or App Store¹ to download the app for the latest data.
A. You can make claims on some Hospital and Extras services based on your level of cover with Bupa.
A: Find a dentist, optometrist, physiotherapist, chiropractor or hospital near you. The Bupa mobile app automatically updates the latest information on providers, hospitals and Bupa centres.** You can also save details of network providers to your Favourites or directly into your Contacts database.
A: The app is available to anyone and it's free.
A: Bupa introduced this app in order to better service our customers, and to provide an easy to use tool locate Members First providers and Bupa centres.
A: If you own an iPhone¹ or iPod¹, the app can be downloaded for free from within the Apple iTunes¹ store, or via the App Store¹ on your iPhone/iPod¹.
