Bupa presents 'Ready, Set, Run!' which, with a few details about your lifestyle, will help you to set a personal running goal, provide you with an appropriate training program for your ability, and help guide you toward better health and fitness.

Simply enter in information about lifestyle factors such as your age, height, weight, smoking history, diet and exercise, medical history and family medical history - and the app will give you a Running Assessment with a recommendation for a running program suited to your level of ability.

You'll even be able to record and make notes as you train with your personalised running program to help you track your progress toward your personal running goal.
