Recognition criteria

To apply for recognition please contact your professional Association.

For Homeopaths to attain Bupa recognition for benefit payment purposes, the applicant must have completed an Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy at an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Applicants without this must have their current competencies assessed by an RTO to determine equivalency.

The following courses meet these minimum requirements:

  • HLT60602 Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy
  • HLT60607 Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy
  • HLT60612 Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy

Applicants must also meet the Compulsory Additional Recognition Requirements

Any educational qualifications substantially attained by distance only learning, online learning and external mode will not be recognised.
