"Bupa is changing the way that it delivers healthcare. Currently, our model is focused on illness, and we need to shift to a more proactive mindset where we focus on health. We need doctors to help co-design this experience. You know the system best - and we can’t do it without you."
- Dr Simon Benson
"I think for me, the journey at Bupa and the way that I've moved through has been a recognition that I bring something quite different as a clinician... I've learned a huge amount from some really willing and capable world-class mentors along the way, who have empowered and enabled me to do something really quite different, but still leverages that clinical base."
- Dr Simon Benson
"The culture of the organisation is very positive. Where working across multi-disciplinary teams - it is easy."
- Dr Swarada Kotkar
"Bupa does operate for a profit, but that profit is reinvested. Every dollar we make, we can reinvest into improving our existing services or expanding into additional services. I sleep soundly at night because I feel like I'm fighting the good fight."
- Dr Tony MacDermott
"The breadth of roles within Bupa enable you to grow not only as a clinician, but also in management, if that's the path that you choose. The flexibility and opportunities for growth they afford you are immense."
- Dr Clara Murphy
