We appreciate this is a difficult time for communities across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales that have been impacted by recent floods.
We have established a dedicated flood relief team which has been working directly with our members to assist them in dealing with some immediate financial challenges.
The small number of Queensland retail centres and our Brisbane office which were closed last week have now re-opened and are providing local support for Queensland communities. Our retail centres across Victoria and New South Wales have not been impacted and continue to provide support to members.
In addition to providing a donation to the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal we are also engaging our teams in fundraising efforts to support flood affected communities.
