What should you expect from our selection process?

At Bupa Australia, selection for a vacancy is based on the requirements of the job and the capabilities of the applicant to fulfil them.

For every opportunity at Bupa Australia, there is a corresponding assessment and selection process. While many processes will be very similar, they are all uniquely matched to the role. Most processes will include at least:

  • Submitting your resume for review
  • 1 or 2 structured interviews
  • Reference checking
  • Probity declaration.

And may also include:

  • Case study exercises
  • Group exercise
  • Ability testing (such as verbal, numerical or systems)
  • Personality profiling
  • Police or background checks.

If a test or exercise is required in addition to the standard process, full instructions and time to prepare will be provided.
