myBupa is the self service area exclusive to Bupa members.
It allows you to view and manage your membership, make a claim, view your tax statements, change how we contact you and much more.
To claim your extras online, all you need are your receipts and the relevant bank account details. In most cases, you'll find out straight away if your claim has been paid and how much you can expect to receive in your account. And best of all, anyone on the membership* can claim online.
Our change health cover tool allows you to find the best health cover for you as your health needs and financial circumstances change over time. You can also add and remove people from your membership.
myBupa enables you to manage your payment details online. You can set up and maintain a direct debit and you can make one-off payments quickly and securely.
There's no need to wait for your yearly tax statement to arrive in the mail. You can download your current and previous tax statements whenever you want.
You can grant online authority to anyone on your policy so they'll be able to take responsibility for the membership. As the policyholder, granting online authority can be done in a single step – just login to myBupa and within the 'People Covered' module, just click 'Yes' next to the name of the person to whom you wish to grant online authority.
If you prefer to receive notifications and member updates by email, you can change your communication preference quickly and easily. If you change your mind, you can switch back to receiving communications by post with one click.
